Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

My landlord and her two Attorney partners , have their San Francisco, Law Office , listed as a Corporation in Ontario, Canada. Does this excuse them from any of our Landlord Tenant Laws

No. The law of the place where the rental unit is located governs what landlord/tenant law applies to the unit and the tenancy.
