Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

My landlord sent me a bill for repairs. But, the bill doesn't specify my apartment number and has the wrong building number. Do I still have to pay?

Do you have repairs? Just because there may be a mistake won't eliminate your liability. Ask for a corrected bill and pay it.
