can my landlord harass me

for rent and now he wont me to move out

Yes. However, I'm not sure what you mean by "harass". There are certain things a landlord can and cannot do when trying to collect rent. Nonetheless, you must pay rent or you may be evicted. If you fail to pay rent, your landlord can give you a 3 day notice to pay rent or quit, then he can file an unlawful detainer against you in court. Once he obtains a judgment, the sheriff will physically remove you from the premises.
