How can I get out of my lease. I live in sacramento California. With everything going on and schools being closed I no longer need to be in Sacramento. I am locked in a lease until August. I have two roommates and we all have individual leases. I do not feel safe or comfortable with my roommate. She has her boyfriend living with her full time which is breaking her lease. She constantly has people over that I do not know. I have walked in on multiple occasions to a random person in our living room with her no where in sight.

Ask your landlord if you'll be allowed to end the lease prematurely considering the new circumstances.
