Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I left my rental before the end of the lease. I gave proper 30-day notice and paid the lease-break fee. I am in full compliance of all terms of my rental agreement. I moved out of the rental prior to the 30-day notice date and turned in my keys. Am I entitled to a partial refund of my rent?

You are liable for the thirty day period of time after you gave written notice, minimum any days that a new tenant paid rent for any portion of that 30 days.
