Is it legal in the state of California for a biological parent to share a bedroom with a same sex, minor child?

Sure it is. Consider many of the poor families who might have 8-10 people per two bedroom apartments. If there are allegations of child abuse stemming from physical contact then child Services might become involved, but there is nothing on its face illegal about any type of sleeping arrangements.
