Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
The mgmt co at my apt complex needs access to all units to clean dryer vents. They've given us a date range of when this will happen. Can I require them to give me 24hr notice before entering my unit (I don't want anyone in my home unless I'm present) or is the date range enough (meaning I have to take 3 days off work waiting for them to show up)
