Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

My parents lived with my grandparents for the past 20 years. I have lived in the same house for my entire life. When my grandparents died, they gave my parents the option to continue living in the same house indefinitely. While they do not technically own the house, can they legally kick me out? Assuming of course that i am an adult. I live in california

My question is who owns the house? Does not matter where you have lived your entire life . Aim not sure how your parents were granted option of living there without ownership. This sounds like some sort of life estate but there would be documents and transfers. If it is a life estate they have control over the home and yes they could force you out ... However there are so few facts here that most of this is speculation
