Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California
OUr rent was $1350 a month. At the end of our lease the landlord increased it to $1950 which was way more than we were willing or able to pay so we were forced to move. Three weeks later I saw the same property listed for $1350. Is what my landlord did legal and if not what can I do?

It depends on where the property was, what the terms of your lease were, and how much notice the landlord gave you of the rental increase.
