Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Was renting a home just found out the house has gone to sale and is now owned by the bank. What is are rights? and do we get any time to get another place? the agent offer $1000 to move out in 30days that's not going to happen in are case we just moved in just 3 months ago .please give me some advice on what my rights are?

Find out if the bank is willing to enter into a new rental agreement with you or whether it can up the ante. Typically, the bank's monetary offer will decrease as time goes by.
