Renting home with swimming pool

We have a home for rent with a swimming pool. Potential tenants have a five-year old child. What liabilities will we be exposed to involving the pool? How can we protect ourselves in case something happens?

You may want to ask an attorney to draft a separate indemnity and hold harmless provision regarding the pool - as an addendum to the rental agreement. If you would like to discuss this further, please do ot hesitate to contact me.
