Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

i got roaches

iam going to court with my lanlord i stop paying rent he trying to evict me i went down and filled all court paper work and then today they gave me a note to come in and spray do i got to let them come in to spray while we going through this evictions

If they gave you proper notice, then yes, you must let them in. Further, if the roaches are in any way the basis for your defense to the complaint, then failing to let them in is like conceding that yes, there is a problem, but I won't let them come fix it. Until you are evicted, you are still living in the property under the terms of your lease and California law which allows the landlord reasonable access to your unit on proper notice.
