You do not tell us if you are paying rent, who the master tenant is, etc. If he has made any physical contact to try to make you have intercourse you can report him to the police for attempted rape. Contact an abused women's facility for advice. Point out to him that you can sue him for sexual harassment. He must give you proper notice if he is terminating your lease. Speak to the owner of the building.
