Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I was served a notice to vacate on 08/18/2010 by sheriff department , I had court today 08/17/2010 for this eviction. Judge order no further action should be taken. Does that order cancel the notice to vacate served by sheriff department?

I apologize that this post was delayed by 5 days. It should end the eviction for now. You should have brought the order to the sheriff's department, and the eviction would have been canceled until further notice.
