hello sir , i have a question.

Between me and landlord do not have any contract. I pay 300$ per a month for the apartment. but they early to draw. can they do that?

A contract to rent a property or unit within a property does not have to be in writing. You have a contract with the landlord.

Please explain what you mean by "they early to draw".
