sister-in-law lived in my condo, no rental agreement or leaseshe died

.my sister-in-law lived in my condo that my husband and i bought in 1997. there was never a lease or rental contract. she has died and i would like to know how much time should i allow for her surviving (no husband or children) siblings to remove her property from the premisis?

That's something that's probably best negotiated with them. Rent would still be owed, but it may be easiest to work out a deal for them to move out by a certain time, if that's your desire.

If it was my family, I would allow them to take as much time as they needed.
