Suing landlord for overcharg of rent

I would like to see an example of a completed complaint. I am not going to small claims..I'm actually checking up on the atty I hired...pls help!

There is an action for breach of contract due to overcharging on rent as well as an action for retroactive rent abatement. If you contact me, I can send you a completed lawsuit that I have done. I can not send it to you through Law Guru.
