i have a tenant living in my back house/garage..he has been so much trouble and i kicked him out but he wont leave..what can i do to kick him out and make him stay out? we have no written lease! help pls..i dont know what to do?

Serve a 30-day notice of termination of tenancy at will. If he still doesn't leave after 30 days, you file an eviction just like for non-payment of rent.
