Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Tenants Waiver

I renting my farm. I want a waiver to protect me against any damages if they use of their farm animals, recreational vehicles, or even possible harm from snakes or other insects common in our area?

Re: Tenants Waiver

Nothing will protect you with 100% certainty from being sued or exposed to claims. What you are seeking, however, is to reduce your potential exposure as much as you can. To do so, you are really going to have to retain an attorney to review all the information pertaining to your rental, and draft a document for you. There is no standard-form waiver that will really work for something as unique as renting a farm.
