Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Tentant not wanting to move out

My Mother rented a bedroom to a man,

who kept beging her to rent the room

to him, my Mother felt sorry for man

and decided to rent the room to him.

The man has not paid his rent on time

and the amout is incomplete for the

pass 2 months, he is also causing

problems in the house. My Mother is

stress about him and getting ill.

My Mother gave him 1 month to move

out, but the man says he is going to sue

her, and he will not move away.

What can be done about this issue?

Thank you

Re: Tentant not wanting to move out

Attorneys that specialize in handling tenant evictions tend to offer very low prices. Call the lawyer referral services for your local county bar association for a referral to a local attorney.
