How much time

I would like to know how much time is needed to raise rent and what is the max you can raise it to and how often can you raise it. Thank you

In order to modify a month-to-month lease, including raising rent, the landlord must provide 30-days notice. However, there may be an applicable rent control law that places further limitations. If this is a mobilehome on a rented space, there are different rules that apply that I am not well versed in.

If you are not on a month-to-month agreement, read your lease to see what it says about rental increases.
