visitors and overnite guest tenants rights

is there a set rule or law on how often or who and if a guest visits in a senior living apt complex and if there is guest parking how often a gust can park there and also how far can a land lord go with a personal information of a tenant and with threats to do as they say or move out and in middle of lease says lease misplaced and forces tenant to sign new one without time to read it and alone without a person to help look it over is any of this legal to a senior in a senior living home i am afraid he will have a heart attack i have to park outsie the apts and sneek in to visit and when any of his gest a spoted the harrassment starts with police cruising and mad dogging the guest intimidation help what can he do to make tis stop befor he has heart attack

The complex leases are the rules, and if your friend signed, he is bound by the provisions in the lease.
