Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

My car has had the same electrical problem over the past 2 years, I've brought it to the dealership where I have the warranty almost 10 times and each time they've returned the car to me, the problem was not fixed.

Now they dont want to fix the car because it is out of warranty and have failed to provide paperwork for several times that they've had my car.

Am I entitled to any legal action against the dealership for their negligence?

This is a consumer law question, not a legal ethics question. Anyway, you can file a small-claims lawsuit against them. Also, consult with a consumer-law attorney.
