Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

Discrimination.

A local company has a statement attached to the rear window of their business vehicle that a person not indicated but me, that I should grow up. This vehicle also has their business advertisement on it while they are advertising such a person. I consider this harassment, intimidation and causing people where they go to perform their business who they are referring to. These folks are a State of California licensed company under the Trauma Sceme Waste Act with a registration number of TSW-010 and carry a general liability insurance policy of $1 million. I believe they are doing this just to be hateful because we have been friends for years and I reported on them stealing while performing their job and many other unethical things. I could say many things but would like to know first if this is reportable, as they have sold weapons and ammunition out of their home that they got from their jobs.

Re: Discrimination.

I'm not sure what the message on the back window says. If it contains untruths about you, there's potential defamation. Do you really want to mess with folks who have guns and ammunition?
