Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

On Feb.29,2010 my boyfriend & I signed lease papers, payed for pro-rated rent & sec. deposit for Mar.22,2010. The landlord opened the door for us on Mar.20 knowing that we'd move in that day. On Mar.21, landlord gives me a call claiming that she & i are incompatible & wanted me to move all my belongings out in 1 day knowing that I was 6 mos. pregnant. Do I have a good chance of winning if it is a case?

This was posted in the wrong catergory. "Incompatibility" is not a legal ground to terminate someone's tenancy, and there is no such thing as you having to move out in one day. There are statutory time periods for a landlord to terminate a tenancy and they are longer than one day.
