Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

Marketing Idea Protection/Non-disclosure
I have an idea which would involve marketing someones patented product to a new (International potentially but for sure USA) marketplace.
I am in So. California - the mfg. are in South Carolina.

I want to sell their finished product to a much larger company/companies.

I want to protect my idea, (from the product mfg) for I could make huge money and it's orginal.

I want to protect my idea, (from the huge, potentially international) end user.

I want the mfg. to understand that I protect their patented idea and just want to sell/market it.

I want to protect myself financially, perhaps incorporate under a different name? (I am on SSDI and need to protect that, plus I know with sales, you should protect yourself.)

By the way, I didn't see on your list of specialties of law - Patent Law.

I hope I chose correctly my category - Legal Ethics for non-disclosures.
