Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

i need to know if i have a solid case of malpractice or maybe it would be called sexual harrassment. Whatever you label this violation I endured this past year it was wrong and if anything I deserve the money I struggled to pay totalling more than $100,000 for a healthy, safe, and trustworthy in all things concerning my treatment and recovery both from staff and administration of treatment center.

I was a client at a recovery center here in California for both addction and mental illness for 15 months accounting for two stays. During the second stay my admissions coordinater made sexual advances towards me kissing me buying me clothes and dinner , basically messing with me in numerous ways both hindering my recovery and being the cause if much pain and many losses to me. Had I not been treated with this violation of my patient rights maybe I would have stayed sober and not have been there so long spending money for a treatment I am trusting to do nothing but benefit me. I have proof of the man who made the advances and the cheif executive officer of Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach CA. Ultimately a line was crossed between client and staff. My health and wellness was violated when I was unable to take care of self vulnerable and weak. This should have never even been an issue affecting my recovery and my life. this desease kills and my best interests were violated
