Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

suspend

What can I do, if I was suspend from community college due to having fake transcripts? Also, I graduated from the community college in May 2007. They state last week Oct 15. that I needed to take a one class to get my G.P.A up. They are now saying that my transcripts with three classes that were transferred in from another community college are fake? What can i due so that I can get my A.A. degree.

Re: suspend

It seems to me that there are a few facts missing from your question. Noticeably absent from you question is whether or not you AGREE with the college's claim that you had fake transcripts.

If you want your A.A., you need to fulfill the requirements by taking all of the required classes. If you didn't take all of the required classes, then take the classes. If the transcript was fake, then shame on you. If it wasn't fake, then you should get the proof that it was real and show it to as supervisor.

As far the specific legal action, consult a local attorney.

Re: suspend

One question jumps off your page and hits me squarely in the brain!!! Were your transcripts fake, or not???? You don't deal with that, which is the only issue.

If yes, you better figure a better way to approach life, because ultimately this will not work. If no, do the legwork to correct the situation.

If you already "graduated", why don't you already have a degree?

Your question smacks of some missing facts.

Until you give us the whole story, you can't get any adequate legal advice.
