Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California

My attorney has made serious errors in handling an LTD claim

I am being represented by an attorney handling both my long term disabilty claim and social security disabilty claim. I learned on 1/16/02 that he no longer wishes to represent me in the long term disabilty claim, but still wishes to represent me on my social security claim, I have no faith in him, due to omissins and errors he has made in the handling of this matter, and his failure to obtain all the correct information supporting my claim. I am presently under the care of an orthapaedic surgeon for all my related problems. I have all documentation to prove the enclosed, and I hope that someone can help me in this matter.

You can terminate your attorney at any time, for any reason. You would owe him for the value of his services. If he is working on a contingency basis, thhe he could be entitled to a share of the final settlement.

If you believe that he has made mistakes that have or could cost you in the case, contact a malpractice attorney in your area.
