Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California

Atty lied in court - I have proof

My brother's attorney lied on more than one occasion in court. These lies cost me my family home through Probate. It also costs thousands of dollars of lost estate value because of his lies. How can he be held accountable? Can I sue him for my losses?

If your lawyer was not able to counter the lies told by your brother's lawyer, maybe you should sue your lawyer -- or whoever represented you.
