breach of contract

paralegal omited spousal agreement from divorce papers to santa clara county superior court. have written, signed agreement from ex stating amount and duration agreed upon. can i sue paralegal?

Sure you can sue your former paralegal. Hey, maybe you could hire another paralegal to handle the lawsuit instead of using a real attorney. You could save money!
