Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California

Dental Work

Less then a year ago I had extensive dental work done. To the tune of around $8,000. I was promised completion in 2 months and it took 6. All this time I had on front teeth. They porcliened 3 for about $6,000. And the balanced went to a parcial bridge which consisted of 7 teeth. Well the teeth on the patcial are much smaler then the perment teeth and doesn't fit correctly and after a couple of months the front tooth came off and i swallowed it so they stuck a tempory one on which looks like====== and that now is holding on by a thread. They told me when I went in the time the tooth first fell off that they wanted anoyher $500.00 to fix the particial (which can't be fixed) and I have already given them all the money I had. Tjis is a very substancial dentist firm and I would like to either have them replace the paryial or give me back my money. Any suggestions? Thank You,--name removed--

Suggestions?

Yes; demand they make it right or you'll sue. Then follow up with suit if they don't. There is no magic wand for an attorney to waive, just the threat of a lawsuit for damages. You should hire an attorney early on, as in now, to pursue this, he'll have credibility in dealing with them where you don't. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting help.
