Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California

extorted out of 7500 by attorney judge was friend

my attorney demanded i pay 7500 or i go to prison he stated he was friends with the judge i was held with no bail and my next court date was set for 16 when i was arrested on the first. he did not say this was to obtain his legal services he simply stated if i didnt pay i was going to jail and he was very good friends with the judge if he got the money by that night he could get me released the next day. there is no attorneys listed in the phone book to help me and a friend at the district attorneys office kind of suggested waiting for it to happen again i am so scared and and depressed someone has to be able to stop this from happening this atty has already received a total of 17,500 from me and i just cant pay anymore
