Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California

A family member passed away in Mexico. I wasn't there when it happen but the next day they burried her. They didn't make an autopsy which leaves me with strange feelings and concerned. I want to know, is it possible that I can pay someone from the US to unburry her legally and make an autopsy on her body?

You'll have to hire Mexican attorneys for any legal help in this. You may want to hire a CA attorney to actually hire and supervise the Mexican attorneys. There are some CA law firms with Mexican branch offices that might be a good choice. You'll have to research this if serious, and willing to pay the probably substantial legal fees involved in getting such court orders in Mexico.
