Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California

If I have passed my 2 year limit on time for a medical lawsuit, even lthough I was told to give the nerves 2 years to heal, can I still sue? Or can I mediate or arbritrate? Would help out more since I went past my time limit (even though I told to wait)???

Sorry you listened to whoever told you to "wait." Although you might want to check with an attorney in person, normally two years is the legal time limit and you are out of luck thereafter.

If the other side told you to wait, you may be able to toll (freeze) the statute of limitations. Please send an email to my office with details for a free consultation.
