Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California

I'm a physician in a state other than california. I'm forming a company with regards to senior care placement services. As a marketing tool i'd like to advertise that this is a physician owned or run company, although i'd be performing no medical or medical advisement services should i be hesitant to market this fact with regards to liability, etc...? thank you

The true composition of the ownerhsip interests would most likely come out anyway in the event of a significant injury.

So it appears there may be little lost by so advertising.
