Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California
i want to know what a stay of suspension means my attorney has charges with bar assoc. and now when i checked he has just gotten a stay of supension...what does this mean....

It means that the suspension does not go into effect. Usually a stay has some terms or conditions attached to it that if they are met it remains in effect.
