Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in California

Can i sue?

I HAVE BEEN IN AN VERY UGLY DIVORCE FOR 2 YEARS NOW. My wifes attorney has made false allegations to police about me and has I believe had her phone forwarded to my wifes place of business and when i called it i was interupted by a police officer who said i was making teroist threats to my wife which eventually lead to my arrest after 2 months of harassment by a detective. Who never investigated any of my claims or how i couldnt do the charges they charged me with! Now has led me to lose everything . Can someone please give me some direction here?

Re: Can i sue?

1. Stop contacting her, to avoid further criminal charges.

2. Get an attorney to help defend you in the criminal charges.

3. Forget suing.

Re: Can i sue?

You already have an answer that is better than what I could tell you.

Also, I have lots of trouble believing your story.

Hire a decent attorney and follow his/her advice.
