Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California
My case looks like it's settling as the opposing party has agreed to settle but the settlement agreement has yet to be drafted and signed. My witness' deposition transcript sign-off is due before the case officially settles. Should I tell my witness-deponent not to spend the time (and thus my money) to go through his deposition transcript?
