Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

I am having a difficlut time finding someone to represent me in a medical malpractice case, all local attorney's have a conflict of interest with this Dr. I was to have had reconstructive surgery after 5 c-sections, and he ended operating on 2/3 of my body instead, I am in more pain now than prior to the latest surgery and am now under pain management care after seeing 4 different dr's. I need help finding someone to represent me. thank you for your assistance, Marie McConnell

One way to locate an attorney of any sort is to call the county bar association's lawyer referral service. If you've exhausted all of those in your county, try the bar association in the next county over. I'm sorry to hear about your pain and medical issues. A medical malpractice attorney would want to have an expert review all of your medical records before even saying "yes" or "no." Don't forget that you are under severe time limits to file a lawsuit, so do not delay.
