Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

I had an eye injury and went to the eye dr to get a piece of metal out of my eye. Agter he got it out he decided to scrap away the rudt ring it left. Its been about 6 weeks since it and my vision is still blurry, is it considered malpractice?

You have not provided enough facts. Things go wrong all the time, but that doesn't automatically make it malpractice or negligence. Talk to another doctor to get a second opinion.
