Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

I have full custody of my son, his mother had him without my permission and while she had him she took him to a therapist. The therapist saw my son without my consent and told his mom a bunsh of bad stuff like he was abused and stuff and that was without speaking to me. His mom then called the police and reported me for child abuse and used that information in court against me. Can this turn into a lawsuit?

What it can turn into is you being charged with crimes, and having to defend civil lawsuits against you. Consult with an attoreny, and do not speak to law enforcement or any other authorities.
