Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

I would know what the law in CA says about attorney fees award if plaintiff wants to abandon case due to his worsen emotional health problem and what actions the plaintiff has to take to do that.

Read your written Retainer Agreement; it is supposed to cover all those issues. Talk to your attorney and work it out if possible. If that fails, you have a right to Fee Arbitration through your local Bar Association, call them and discuss.
