.Yes if you can prove it and you have damages. Whether it is an economically viable lawsuit is another question.

You'll only know the answer to that if you obtain an opinion from an expert doctor in that field that there was malpractice that damaged you., that he is prepared to testify to. You can't file or win without that. Also, midical malpractice cases have a one year statute of limitations that runs from the time you learn of the malpractice.
