There's no need for a notice, only points and authorities in opposition to the demurrer, as well as any relevant documents that are judicially noticeable.

I get flak sometimes for saying this, but if you don't know what you're doing, you don't belong in court, and you'll be able to save thousands in court costs by dismissing your case now. If you think you have what it takes to win in pro per, and very few people do, you should be reading Rutter Group Cal. Civil Procedure Before Trial, and you should be down at the courthouse reading other oppositions to demurrers filed by real lawyers.
