Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

Pharmacy malpractice

pharmacist put wrong medication in bottle; took medication for three days; taken to ER after getting sick; recovered three days later; $120 in medical bills; pharamist offered $1919 to settle. Is this reasonible amount?

While it appears that the pharmacist might have been negligent, the damage amount would depend on your actual suffering, any permanent injury, possible loss earnings, that then needs to be compared to the amount they are offering.
