Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

My son had a prescription emailed to our pharmacy for deplin7.5ml tablet but the pharmacy when they filled it they gave him deplin algal oil 7.5ml capsule the pharmacist even said there was a difference with the medication . Luckily my son had no reactions to the wrong medication any advise

No harm, no foul. Assuming that the pharmacy made good on its error and provided the proper medication at no additional charge, there's no injury at all.
