can I sue a doctor for removing my sons testicle without my knowledge?

In doing any type of treatment such as surgery on there must be informed consent. For a minor, that consent must come from the parent. You should see an attorney who handles malpractice cases as they are complicated and expensive; you can not handle it yourself.
