Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

I had Vaginal Hysterectomy on Oct 27, 08. Went to Urgent Care Nov 10th due to severe pain rt side. Emg/Nerve study done on Jan 29th determine I had nerve damage. Rt side groin and rt leg weakness. I want to know do I have a case against Kaiser?

You'll have a case if and only if you get a physician in that field of medicine willing to say there was medical negligence/malpractice, and it caused your damages. Neither your opinion nor mine is relevant. You have only one year from incident or discovery of malpractice to file, so see if you can find someone willing to testify.
