Legal Question in Military Law in California

I Just have applied for the United states Armed Forces. I became a naturalized citizen at the Age of 10. When asked that if i had 2 nationalities i answered no because i was told by my parents i am american now burt other people say i do have 2 nationalities and that i need to renounce my Peruvian nationality.
